Quality Concept

Concepts guide human behavior, and we focus on continuously updating the quality concepts of team members in the management process, in order to achieve quality control in multiple work processes. We are well aware that quality is the foundation of survival and development, and management personnel possess a high standard of quality philosophy.


Quality Standard

All work practices must be carried out in accordance with quality standards, and molds must be designed and manufactured according to these quality standards. Including plastic mold design standards, plastic mold processing standards, plastic mold installation standards, plastic mold testing standards, etc. Through the strong execution ability of the team, quality standards have permeated into the work of every employee.


Quality Control

We have our own comprehensive production and management system, with quality monitoring in every production process. We make every effort to avoid mistakes and curb the expansion of existing ones. From the design structure of plastic products to the feasibility of mold structure design, from the procurement of mold raw materials to raw material testing, from the selection of raw material processing technology to the inspection of part quality, from part assembly to overall mold inspection, and other manufacturing processes related to molds. Each step has corresponding charts, and every step strives to ensure zero defects, ultimately ensuring high-quality mold delivery.


Design Inspection

We will conduct a comprehensive analysis and inspection of any product design provided by us or our customers, such as plastic molding processes, plastic mold structure operation, and the possibility of matching related components. These can effectively avoid mold repair work and costs caused by product design defects. Spending an extra 10 minutes on product design can save one month on mold production. Provide customers with the most perfect solution through accurate analysis of mold design, processing steps, and plastic mold structure application. Mold inspection involves many aspects, such as mold strength, mold flow analysis, mold injection molding, cooling system, guide system, specifications of various spare parts, customer machine selection, and special mold requirements, all of which must be tested according to mold design standards.


Procurement Of Steel Material Testing

There is a strict testing process and time control for the procurement of spare parts, standardization of components, accuracy of dimensions, hardness of steel materials, and material flow testing.


Process Quality Control

Strictly control the dimensions, inspect each component according to the mold design after processing, and control the tolerances. Each component can only proceed to the next processing after meeting the standards. Before CNC milling, all programs must be strictly proofread. After completion, we will perform accuracy checks on each component using a coordinate measuring instrument. We have professional training in processing technology and machine maintenance, self inspection of processed workpieces and acceptance by the quality department, a reasonable overtime system, and a tooling control system.


Installation Quality Inspection

Conduct a complete inspection of plastic molds to ensure the continuity of the mold structure and the standardization of the components. Both project managers and quality inspectors should inspect plastic molds according to company standards to ensure product quality. Once problems are discovered, they can be immediately corrected and errors can be effectively prevented from occurring. In addition, we continuously conduct independent inspections on the cooling system, hydraulic oil channel system, and hot runner system of plastic molds. The quality inspection department shall submit the inspection report within 24 hours after the mold inspection. The report should include product dimensions, appearance, injection parameters, and physical parameters. We use different inspection standards and tools for different products. In the testing room, the quality inspection department conducts inspections on high-pressure injection molding machines, high-speed injection molding machines, automatic running devices, etc., and then provides modification suggestions for defective products. We have accumulated rich experience in the field of plastic molds, laying the foundation for better providing solutions to customers. With the continuous updating and upgrading of testing equipment, our product inspection has become increasingly professional and reliable.


Mold Testing

To a certain extent, our testing of molds is only to identify problems with the molds rather than to solve them. So, the testing of the mold is divided into multiple steps, including idle operation, high-pressure holding, high-speed injection, and related long-term mold operation inspection.


Pre Shipment Inspection

According to the order documents, customer requirements, and company standards, we will conduct strict acceptance testing on the molds. These order documents, along with other testing reports, must be archived before the molds are shipped.


Project Processing Department

The technical personnel of the processing department should review the drawings before processing the molds to ensure that the molds can be shipped in a reasonable and shortest time. This not only shortens the production cycle but also solves the problem of raw material waste.


Project Progress Department

The employees of the process department must track the processing progress of the mold every day, take photos and archive each processing step of the mold, and then create a report in the form of a report to provide the sales department with a mold progress report.


Project Process

The business department directly contacts and discusses technical issues with clients, and the independent responsibility system of project managers and salespeople ensures accurate project execution and clear responsibilities. A detailed and complete set of customer file management documents can also promptly identify omissions and solve problems. The project department is responsible for managing the production and quality control departments, ensuring the delivery time and quality of each mold. Follow up on each order process, ensure process control to specific moments, and prioritize task implementation. Every technical meeting ensures a good design plan and processing technology for the mold. The process department controls each processing detail. The company has its own technical and cultural training, and invests a large amount of research and development funds every year to achieve fruitful results in the research and development field. In order to improve the continuity of order management, regular training is provided to the sales department, project department, production department, and quality inspection department. Its purpose is to improve the professional skills of employees and enable everyone to supervise the quality of molds.
