As a professional plastic mold processing manufacturer, we have a lot of experience in limiting plastic molds. It is important to note that during the plastic mold restriction process, the remaining plastic easily overflows along the extrusion edge, making it difficult to remove the horizontal flash of the product.

Due to the limitations of plastic molds, the closing speed of the mold is fast, which leads to the addition of excess material. However, using such molds to limit the density and strength of plastic products is not high, and more data is wasted. But if it is planned as an open plastic mold, it not only has a relatively simple structure, strong applicability, and low cost.

If open plastic molds are used to restrict, not only are the parts easy to take out, but also for restricting flat parts, the setting of the pushing organization is eliminated, making the mold structure simpler and the entire restriction process more simple and feasible.

Plastic molds also apply to plastics with high specific volume, high specific pressure, and particularly low forming fluidity. During injection molding, the hardening and shaping temperature of the product is relatively high, and a relatively uniform degree of hardening can be obtained in the product table. Moreover, the thermal rigidity of the product is also relatively high, which can be used to produce thick walled products that are difficult to choose for compression molding.

Through testing, it has been proven that products made from plastic molds have higher density, scale temperature, mechanical strength, and electrical functionality compared to general injection molded products. It can be seen from this that the structure of plastic molds is actually very messy, but its strengths cannot be ignored.
